Toki Corporation operates out of three locations. In addition to corporate headquarters in Tokyo, the Company operates Tokiproducts Inc. (Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture), a Group company that handles manufacturing, and North Kanto Engineering (Moka, Tochigi Prefecture), which conducts testing, evaluation and fabrication.

Outside Japan, Toki conducts local development, manufacturing and sales in the United States through Tokistar Lighting Inc. (Anaheim, CA, USA), in China through Shanghai Tokistar Electronics Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), and in Vietnam through TOKISTAR VIETNAM CO., LTD. (Dong Nai Province, Vietnam).
